1. The self-developed navigation and positioning system is adopted to cooperate with the independent property AGV motion controller to achieve the positioning accuracy of ± 10mm / ± 5mm;

2. Equipped with laser anti-collision, mechanical anti-collision and 3D binocular camera multiple safety anti-collision systems to realize automatic and safe driving of AGV;

3. Supporting AGV scheduling system and human-computer interaction software, manage all AGVs through the deployed wireless network to realize AGV scheduling control and data monitoring. The system can also connect with MES / WMS production management system to build an intelligent production factory.

The standard mobile robot chassis based on slam laser navigation technology adopts silent rubber wheels, which can realize the functions of in-situ turning, straight-line walking, intelligent charging, suitable for the ground with flatness within ± 10mm, humanized obstacle avoidance design and low noise during walking. Rich network ports, manual charging ports, USB ports, input and output ports and data communication protocols are reserved.

The standard mobile robot chassis based on slam laser navigation technology adopts silent rubber wheels, which can realize the functions of turning in place, walking in a straight line, intelligent charging, suitable for the ground with a flatness of ± 10mm, humanized obstacle avoidance design and low noise during walking. It is upgraded to an ultraviolet disinfection robot on the basis of the standard chassis.
