DNC Automation successfully implemented an Automated Robotic Pallet Labelling System for an edible oil manufacturer in October 2026.

The system features two ABB industrial robots and two automatic label applicators to apply labels to the front and rear sides of palletized products. Designed for pallets of varying heights and sizes, the solution delivers flexible and consistent labelling across different pallet configurations.

The robotic labelling system is integrated with the customer’s existing pallet wrapping and conveyor systems, enabling seamless automated operation within the existing production line.
